Philips TVs have made a name for themselves in the mid-range segment in India. The TVs are relatively inexpensive and offer great features.

While in the USA, Philips TVs have not been able to grab the attention of consumers. A general is that Philips TVs are not that impressive and there is nothing special about them.

However, TPV technology is continuously making efforts to improve the quality of its TVs. This can eventually make Philips a name to reckon with one day!

The life of Philips Smart TVs is around six years. However, this can be increased if you use the appropriate care and maintenance. In addition, a moderate level of contrast and brightness can also improve the life and performance of your TV.

Verdict: Where are Philips TVs made?

As we have seen above, after 2012, Philips stopped in-house productions of TVs. The company sold all of its production and selling licenses to TP Vision from 2012 to 2014.
